A UNESCO World Heritage Site, Ha Long Bay is one of the most magnificent scenic spots of the world. Periods of climatic change over millions of years have resulted in the Bay’s stunning landscape. More than 1,600 amazing limestone rocks that come in a variety of sizes and shapes rise spectacularly from the sea. Most are topped with thick jungle-like vegetation and some of them are hollow, with enormous caves that can be visited by boat.
Pick-up at your hotel. Admire the beautiful countryside during the 3h drive from Hanoi to Halong Bay. At your arrival, board a traditional wooden junk to cruise through its marvellous limestone rocks and islets rising out of the emerald water of Halong Bay. Seafood lunch on board.
Next, visit Thien Cung cave, the most beautiful caves in the Bay. Cruise back to the harbour. Disembarkation and transfer to Hanoi.
