The Perfume Pagoda

The Perfume Pagoda is one of the most important religious sites in Buddhist Vietnam. Every spring, after the Vietnamese New Year, thousands of Vietnamese pilgrims come here to pray for the health and prosperity they need all through the year. The pagoda can only be reached by boat as there is no road. Cruise along scenic waterways and walk up mountain paths to visit the pagodas and temples built in this area over the centuries.

 Duration: Full Day

Pick-up at your hotel and drive south to Ninh Binh (110km, 2-hour drive from Hanoi). Enjoy the beautiful and picturesque sceneries of the rural areas on the way.
